The illumination is a welcome improvement, and really shows off the beauty of the bridge (except for the Parker truss, which, let's face it, is beyond the help of a few LED bulbs). The colors are vibrant and (mostly) attractive, but the motion effects are just plain tacky. They make the bridge look like that house on your block that goes way overboard with the Christmas lights and just ends up looking ridiculous. Overall, a solid B+.
