Well, Lil' Red was up for her annual inspection and unfortunately the news was grim. Brake drums and rotors and bearings and casings and a whole host of other things I never heard of but which are apparently essential to safe driving and very expensive. I realize it's part of having an older (almost 7 years!) car, especially one that was inexpensive to begin with. Lil' Red, I love you but you're no Lexus.
